Responsible for clinical and customer needs, designing, printing and providing technical support for 3D products, providing product training and after-sales service, and assisting in achieving departmental performance targets.
Main responsibilities:
1、Responsible for developing and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design, printing, production and after-sales service within the department, and participating in the establishment of management systems and quality control systems.
2、Based on medical images, models, and other data provided by clients, we conduct personalized design, modeling, and printing of 3D fixation devices, orthotics, and other products.
3、Provide professional technical support and training, handle issues related to product wearing and adaptation, perform repairs or adjustments, and collect and provide feedback on quality information to drive product optimization.
4、Assist the sales team in promoting products, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, provide technical consultation and solutions, and maintain customer relationships.
5、Responsible for the execution and reporting of daily work plans, submitting work records and reports on time, and completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements
1、Associate degree or above, majoring in prosthetics and orthotics engineering or related fields;
2、More than 2 years of experience in orthotic design and manufacturing, holding a junior prosthetist/orthotic technician certificate;
3、Possesses a solid foundation in the fabrication of high and low temperature orthotics and is proficient in the entire process of molding, shaping, thermoforming, and adjustment.
4、Able to independently operate professional software such as Blender and FreeformPlus to complete 3D modeling and design of scoliosis braces, possess plaster/foam model sculpting skills, and understand the relationship between model shape and brace mechanics;
5、Familiar with 3D printed support technology and product knowledge, possessing good communication skills, hands-on ability, and teamwork spirit.
6、Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, cost-conscious, and capable of continuous learning.
Job Responsibilities:
1、Molding, fabrication, and fitting of prostheses, limbs, and scoliosis orthoses;
2、Proficient in Rodin4d software and related CAD engineering software;
3、It can perform computer-aided modeling and 3D printing;
4、If you lack relevant experience or have insufficient experience, the company can provide training as needed in the early stages.
Job requirements:
1.Ideally, trainees should have experience in prosthetics or orthotics, or in rehabilitation engineering, but those without experience are also welcome to receive training.
2.Rehabilitation and nursing majors need to have more than 2 years of experience;
3.Those with relevant experience will be given preference; proficiency in various design software is required.
4.Ambitious, positive, responsible, and with a good work attitude.
5.For hospital staff, those with a good appearance, self-discipline, and a willingness to learn will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
1、Channel Development and Management: Responsible for developing, negotiating, and signing contracts with agents in all provinces and cities across the country, and establishing and maintaining an efficient sales channel network.
2、Expert Relationship Maintenance: Responsible for establishing deep trust relationships with key orthopedic experts within the jurisdiction, and consolidating these relationships through regular academic exchanges and collaborations.
3、Market Development and Access: Responsible for developing products for the orthopedic departments of target hospitals, formulating and implementing product admission plans, and achieving market access and coverage for the products.
4、Targets and Administrative Affairs: Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area and completing daily tasks such as timely sales data reporting and market information collection.
Job requirements:
1、Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in medical device sales, with preference given to candidates who have a background in orthopedic consumables or pharmaceutical sales.
2、Educational background and major: Associate degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in clinical medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biomedical engineering, marketing, or related fields.
3、Competencies: Possesses excellent market planning and execution skills, is adept at communication and building deep customer relationships, can adapt to frequent business trips, and has the resilience to achieve goals under pressure.
